We have free insured shipping on all USA orders. We do ship international with a flat rate fee of $120. All orders are:

• Fully trackable

• Insured for the full value

• Require a signature upon delivery for your protection

Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

What is your processing and shipping times?

Processing time is 2-5 business days. USA shipping times are 3-5 business days and international shipping is 5-10 business days. If you need your order shipped within 2 business days, please contact us.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. Please double check all photos before purchasing rings or loose diamonds.

Are your diamonds certified?

All diamonds are IGI certified.

Do you set the loose diamond once I buy it?

We are happy to help you choose or design the perfect setting for your loose diamond. Please contact us for more information.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best:

• Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive cloths.

• Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.

• Store your pieces in the original packaging or a soft-lined box to prevent scratching or tangling.

• Gemstones and diamonds are durable but not indestructible—avoid dropping, knocking against hard surfaces, or exposing them to sudden temperature shifts.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Every AKollman piece is crafted with intention, but also individuality. Slight variations may occur in:

• Stone shape or color tone

• Metal texture or hand-finished details

• Overall proportions for custom or bespoke settings

These small distinctions are part of what makes your piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Do you offer custom design quotes?

Yes! We offer personalized quotes via email or phone. Each quote is valid for 21 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise noted. Custom pricing depends on design complexity, material costs, and gemstone selection at the time of inquiry.

Where is my custom order?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted in-house. Here’s what to expect:

• Production timeline: 4–8 weeks from the order date, depending on design complexity and material availability.

• If your item is marked “ready to ship”, we will dispatch it within 3-5 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
